We juggle a lot between pile of work chores & planning to complete activities from our daily to-do list. Often bombarded with new tasks and backlogs makes it difficult to complete everything and reaching productivity. Here comes an excellent idea to plan and prioritize tasks to achieve sense of accomplishment and boost productivity effectively. List all your tasks and sort them into four categories.
Do : urgent and important tasks.
Decide : important but no urgent tasks.
Delegate : urgent but not important tasks.
Delete : not urgent/not important tasks.
