  1. Make a Stellar First Impression

Your first impression is made much before you actually meet someone – through your mails, phone communication and social media profiles. In step 1, the participants will learn how to start on a good note with their supervisors and colleagues.

  1. Build Trust and Rapport with Colleagues

They say ‘Well begun in half done’. Then the next step is how to build trust based relationships. The participants will focus on two skills in Step 2:

  1.  How to purposefully and authentically use your body to come across as trustworthy because we all like to work with people that we can trust.
  2.  How to be authentically interesting and not boring; through the spotlight technique.
  1. Communicate with Control, Purpose and Congruency

In addition to preparing “what to say” it is important to learn “how to say it”; to have meaningful conversations. In this step participants will learn techniques for charismatic communication, by managing their emotions and using their body language effectively.

  1. Handle Difficult People

Sometimes they could be difficult and sometimes you can become a difficult person. Is there a technique to effectively manage difficult people? In step 4 we will learn the four kinds of difficult people and how you can work with them and around them.

  1. Cultivate Your Inner Awesome

 

In step 5 participants will discover their inner superpower –

  • Learn how to draw upon your internal power in your daily life.
  • Stop doing things which hit your confidence.
  1. Make it a Habit

And finally, we will learn:

How to implement all the above skills in your daily life.

What to observe in yourself after a week/month/on an ongoing basis.
